Thank you for choosing to fundraise for Bellyful NZ! By registering today you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acting on Behalf of Bellyful
   • You understand that you are organising your own fundraising event or activity to support Bellyful NZ, and are not acting as an official agent, employee, or representative of the charity.
   • All promotional materials must clearly state that your event is “in support of Bellyful NZ” and not run by Bellyful.
2. Use of the Bellyful Name and Branding
   • You may use the Bellyful NZ name and logo for the purpose of promoting your fundraiser.
   • All promotional content using Bellyful’s name or logo must be respectful, accurate, and in line with Bellyful’s values. We reserve the right to request changes or remove approval if needed.
3. Fundraising Responsibility
   • You agree to carry out your fundraiser in a safe, responsible, and lawful manner.
   • You are responsible for organising all permits, permissions, venue bookings, health and safety requirements, and any applicable insurance related to your event.
4. Money Handling
   • All funds raised via cash must be transferred to Bellyful NZ within 14 days of your event ending.
   • You agree to keep accurate records of your fundraising income and expenses and, if requested, provide a summary to Bellyful NZ.
   • Donations of $5 or more may be eligible for a tax receipt if donor details are provided. Contact us for guidance on how to collect these correctly.
5. Promoting the Bellyful Mission
   • Bellyful supports whānau with babies or young children who lack a strong support network by delivering free meals made with aroha.
   • Please ensure your event aligns with our values of kindness, inclusion, and community support.
6. Cancellation or Changes
   • If your event is postponed or cancelled, please notify Bellyful NZ as soon as possible.
   • We appreciate you keeping us informed of any major changes to your event details or plans
