About Bellyful Invercargill
Bellyful provides up to three nights of meals to whānau with babies or children under 12 who are facing challenges such as illness, bereavement, stress, isolation, pregnancy, miscarriage, or baby loss – regardless of financial situation. We help families without a support network. Our meals are generously cooked and delivered by volunteers, who will do their best to be in touch within five working days.
What's cooking?
This year we're aiming to cook & deliver 190 meals a month to serve our Invercargill community.

From whipping up & delivering delicious meals, we have a team of about 35 local volunteers serving Invercargill.

This year Bellyful is on track to serve over 7,000 families more than 40,000 meals, including stocking neonatal unit freezers across the motu. Ngā mihi to our amazing volunteers and the generous people backing our mahi. Together, we’re filling freezers, warming hearts, and nourishing communities.
